I am writing this motivation to express my strong interest in the position of conference vacation sub-warden for
April, June and August 2024 as advertised. With my background in data capturing, being a mentor and a
computer literacy trainer, the skills I have achieved will help me be with being a great sub-warden for these
periods. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute my expertise and dedication to the team of sub-
wardens I will be joining. I am eager to gain even more knowledge and experience once given the job.
Through my academic studies and being a prefect in grade 12, I have developed strong communication,
teamwork, and problem-solving skills, as well as leadership skills, which will be valuable assets in being a sub-
warden. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to apply my knowledge and skills in a real-world work
environment, and build my CV.
Although I have little professional and retail experience, I am positive that I am a great candidate for this
position as I am a fast learner and take pride in the work I am given. I am also a dedicated individual and ensure
to achieve all goals I have set for myself, whether personal or work-related, as well as the goals set by the
organisation I work for; I am highly motivated and have strong interpersonal skills.
I am particularly drawn to the store at Menlyn Mall as it is close to where I reside, making it easier to travel
from home to work. I am also drawn to the store and Cotton On due to its diverse clientele and its emphasis on
ensuring they know their clientele and what they want. I am particularly drawn to Cotton On as it provides that
there is a safe and creative environment not only for employees but also for customers. Cotton On promotes
creativity and self-expression, and I am quite drawn to its ability to have diverse creative fashion catered to the
youth. I am inspired by the company's commitment to making a positive difference in people's lives, fashion-
wise, as clothes are a way individuals express themselves and make themselves feel good. I am excited about
the opportunity to be a part of the team.
