 The education stream shall be focused on developing a
programme for the next three months, whilst
introducing a structure for continuity. We will be
focusing on introducing all members to a number of
different options and approaches to education.
• We have a responsibility to support practitioners in
presenting their modality to other practitioners. The
purpose will be to broaden the knowledge of
Education alternative and conventional practitioners, to assist in
developing approaches to health;
• We shall work closely with other organisations to
support the presentation of educational information
to be shared amongst our members and the public,
albeit through zoom presentations or via connections
to external materials and websites;

 • We will work closely with colleges and other
educational establishments across the UK, to offer
access to verified courses and qualifications;
• We will support members developing their own
training courses, in line with experts from our
partnerships;
• We will work with expert partners to develop small at-
home courses for the public to develop their general
health knowledge;
• We will work with experts to create a series of
educational videos to help support knowledge and
confidence for the public, addressing certain health
issues at home;
• We will invite specialist volunteers to a quarterly
conversation to glean ideas from them and listen to
their advice in developing our education stream.

 Team to establish a fundraising focus group,
made up of experienced fundraisers, to generate
ideas for income streams and fundraising
campaigns.
We need to establish sources from large donors,
online campaigns, donation buttons, as well as
Fundraising access on all websites and online platforms.
We require multiple streams for income.
Recommend we source a strong/experienced
volunteer who may move towards a position on
the steering committee.

 As conversations continue, we will be
supporting hundreds of volunteers in
trialing the ‘Native Reservation’ platform.

 We have a wealth of knowledge and talent
within the IT volunteer groups.
We propose a development of a small team,
who cover a cross-section of specialisms to
assist with the platform and to identify and
cover all IT issues.
IT Support
We will also need to identify IT experts by
and Telecoms region, who could assist at hub level to
ensure they have suitable IT infrastructure in
place and to support installation.
We are currently forming a team of
specialists to work on the website and
ensure a swift publication.

 • We have established a focus group for
paediatrics, which is currently being grown with
relevant members. This group will aim to
address both physical and mental health for
children, inviting experts to offer advice.
• Team members will also be creating videos to
support ‘Health and First-aid at home’ for
parents and carers, to assist in knowledge and
Children confidence growth.
• This group will also work with various
practitioners from an array of modalities to
ensure all approaches are considered and
adopted, where suitable.

 A stream will be established to work alongside
the paediatric team to apply a focus on
teenagers, whose wants and needs are different
to the paediatric focus. Whilst these two groups
differ slightly in advice, they should work closely
Teenagers to access similar resources, funding and
knowledge.

 Currently in the planning stage, but a team of
experts will cross-pollinate with practitioners
and healers across the UK to identify
treatments and therapies that are having
some success, and to link victims with healers
Vaccine Injury of many modalities.

Project This will be logged nationally and we will be

working closely with others to ensure we find
and share success stories and possible cures
that may come to the fore.

 Mental Health and Wellbeing should be
one of our most important streams to get
underway as swiftly as possible.
Connecting with expert contacts to identify
any potential partnership.
Mental If not suitable, recommend we establish a
Health group of experts ASAP that can form a
team to generate ideas for a national
mental health support system, with
potential online comms and zoom calls to
support members.

 This project is underway and we have
recruited an experienced volunteer to
support this project and develop further.
These connections are important to:
• Grow a unified support system;
Partners and • Learn from our partners - request they
present their information to our
Affiliates members;
• Support global education and
understanding of our ‘new’ approach
to health.

 Attack from two angles:
A ‘trial’ to create a physical hub is
underway in Somerset. This will allow for
issues to be overcome, structure to be
established, equipment to be funded and
sourced, IT and Comms to be
Hub installed/trialed, and organisational
structure to be established. The blueprint
Blueprint of this trial will be shared after
completion.
The second action will be to create an
‘ideal’ blueprint within the core project
team, whilst communicating with
practitioner focus groups to encompass
many approaches.

 • We are establishing a focus team for
developing a blueprint and action plan for
Rapid Response teams to be in place within
every community.
• We are drawing on: paramedics, ex-military
medics, firefighters, a medical expert,
Rapid procurement expert, IT & Comms expert and
a finance specialist.
Response
• This team will play a big part with the
structure of Community Hubs and will address
funding, property, resources and equipment,
IT and Comms for hubs.
