We, AURORA MERNA E. ROSALES AND BERNARDO
ROSALES, of legal age, a citizen the Republic of the Philippines, of
sound and disposing mind and memory and without having been
forced, intimidated and unduly influenced by anybody, have
voluntary executed and proclaimed this instrument, as our Last
Will and Testament, in English a language we can speak and write
with and of which we are well conversant.

1. A house and lot at Greenview Eastwood, Phase

2, Lot 63 Blk 15, Barangay San Isidro, Rodriguez
Rizal.
2. A house and lot at Blk 17 Lot 11, Kalayaan
Village, Pasay City

3. Should our Lord Almighty finally summon our

soul from its earthly abode, it is our wish and
desire to donate our properties to Aubrey
Bernadette E. Rosales our daughter.
