Sara Suleri(1953-2022)
Sara Suleri was born in Karachi on June 12, 1953.Sara Goodyear was a Pakistan-born
American author and professor of English at Yale University, where her fields of study and
teaching included Romantic and Victorian poetry and an interest in Edmund Burke.
Writing style:
The book, dependent on a deep understanding of colonial and post-colonial
history, is written in Suleri's distinctive style: dense, concentrated, illuminating. It was
