The Coronavirus pandemic became an eye-opener for the people of Puerto
Princesa City to value health more. The people were alarmed about how
dangerous the virus is.
Most of the people immediately invested on stuff that could improve physical
fitness and health safety.
Vitamins, face mask, face shield, and bikes are just some of the stuff
that people invested on during this time of pandemic.
The people are advocating the importance of having a physically fit body.
Aside from this, there are also many bike shops rising here in Puerto Princesa City.
These are proofs that the people in Puerto Princesa City are getting more
conscious about their physical fitness and health safety.
Read and understand this module that will help you to be

What is Fitness?
• It is defined as a condition in which an individual has enough energy
to avoid fatigue and enjoy life.
Health-Related Fitness
• The component of physical fitness that is defined as the ability to
become and stay physically healthy.

• The ability to do well in every day life activities and sports.
