MOUNT D2 Turbo GEARBOX

To replace a D3 with a D2 Turbo:

Cut the D3 mounting bolts off

Use the D2 Turbo base plate as a
template
Weld the studs to the D3 base plate

If your D3 was bolted flat on to the base

plate,
you will have to move your rack up.
If the D3 was raised slightly off the base
plate
you will have to use the D2 Turbo’s
jacking nuts (supplied with the unit) to
adjust your clearance.
ROUTE CABLES THROUGH

RAZ or Nylon
Recommended
with the
D2 & D5
MOUNT THE RACK

2-3mm gap
between the teeth
of the pinion and
the rack, along the
entire travel of the
gate, ensures
reduced friction
on operator.
MOUNT THE RACK

Raise operator an additional 3mm

MOUNT THE RACK

Put gearbox into manual mode
