1.1. KfW for Design and Build.

1.2. MMRDA for Comprehensive Maintenance

2. The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) (“the Employer”)

invites bid from eligible Bidders for the same work.

b) Comprehensive Maintenance – 17 years inclusive of 02

Estimated Cost of INR 1518 Cr (excluding taxes and duties)

Bid Security (EMD) INR 15.18 Cr

The Bidder shall submit the Bid Security in the following

forms:
a) EMD of INR 10 Lakhs should be paid (online payment
gateway mode);
AND
b) Balance Bid Security in the form of Bank
Guarantee/Banker’s Cheque/Demand Draft.
