In compliance with the provision of Regulation 30 & 33 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR)
Regulations, 2015, as amended, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Indian Renewable
Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) in its meeting held Today, July 12, 2024, inter- alia
considered and approved the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30,
2024. A copy of the financial results along with the Auditor’s Report are enclosed herewith.

Further, the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) vide its letter dated June 27, 2024, has
conveyed its approval for re-designation of the post of Director (Technical) as Director (Project).
Accordingly, the post of Director (Technical) of the Company will be Director (Project), with effect from
June 27, 2024. The Board taken the same on record.

The Board Meeting commenced at 4:00 P.M. and concluded at 7:35 P.M.
