Bidder shall submit the original signed hard copy of Power
“EMD & Power of Attorney” RFP for Selection of Operator
for Operation and Maintenance of UPSTDC – Kailash
Mansarover Yatra Bhawan, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad on
Management Contract by the last date of bid submission.
Power of Attorney shall be submitted in the format provided
in the Annexures of this document.
