o Assist in clarifications and evaluation of Bidder’s bid proposals. The deliverables for these tasks

perform the techno-commercial evaluation.
o To assist during the pre-award negotiation with potential Contractors for the Contracts, for which the

o Prepares and completes all tenders and contracts required documentation. Develops appropriate
technical specifications and commercial models, identifies opportunities to design the ‘Scope of
Work’ and ‘Schedule of Compensation’ by implementation of standardization, value analysis and

o Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and obligations.
