MOTHER AGENCY

Process & required documents

‐ A commission agreement (per model) must be signed between the mother agency
& IMG Models Paris.

‐ Each quarter, IMG Models Paris will provide a mother agency statement + model's
income statement showing all bookings paid by customers during the requested quarter.

‐ Once received, the mother agency must send an invoice to IMG Models Paris.
This invoice must contain mandatory information described below :

‐ Name & address of the mother agency,

‐ Registration n° of the mother agency,
‐ VAT n° of the mother agency (EU only),
‐ IMG Models Paris' information (see below),
‐ Invoice must be issued in €, as per statement issued,
‐ Full bank information (IBAN (if applicable), SWIFT code, Account n°,
Beneficiary's name, etc…).

‐ Every year, the mother agency must provide IMG Models Paris an original tax certificate.
This document will be provided to the French tax office and will be used to avoid a
28% withholding tax on IMG Models Paris' payment. No exception can be accepted!

‐ Every year, the mother agency must provide IMG Models Paris a W9 (USA & Canada only).

‐ IMG Models Paris will release a payment between 10th‐15th of the following month.

NOTES

* all documents must be provided in original format.

* all documents must be issued under the same name (commission agreement, invoice,
bank detail & tax certificate)
