Good afternoon! dear parents and teachers, Welcome to our Parents Consultation for the
school year 2024-2025, where we come together as a community to celebrate our
accomplishments and discuss important matters for the benefit of our beloved students.
It's a joyous occasion as we gather in the spirit of unity and cooperation. Let us fill our hearts
with adoration as we lift our voices in singing our songs of praise and worship, bow our heads
in prayer, seeking guidance and blessings from the Lord. Let us all rise.
And please remain standing for the singing of our National Anthem.

You may now be seated. Once again, a pleasant afternoon to everyone! It is our joy to see all
of you this time, we understand that your schedules are filled to the brim with responsibilities,
yet you have chosen to prioritize this gathering.
Your presence here speaks volumes about your unwavering commitment to the education
and well-being of your children. So, from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for gracing
this event with your presence, and for your continuous support. Also, parents feel free to grab
some snacks, coffee and candies at the back.
At this juncture, I know she is also excited to welcome you all and to present the remarkable
accomplishments of our students and the collective efforts of the teachers and staff and the
unending support of our dearest parents that made all these possible. Let us all welcome our
Senior High School Asst. Principal, Mrs. Grace R. Pesquira. Around of applause please.

Thank you, Teacher Grace. But of course, our gathering isn't just about celebrating past
successes; it's also about shaping a brighter future for our children. Therefore, let us now turn
our attention to the important discussion of Tuition Fee and other school fees (TFOSF),
recognizing the importance of ensuring access to quality education for all. Let us welcome
back teacher Grace with a round of applause.
Thank you, Ma’am Mars. This time let us Welcome one of the guidance designateof Holy
Child, Ma’am Noemi Saragoza to present the scholarship programs. Let’s give her a round of
applause.

Thank you, mam Noemi. At this juncture dear parents, your voices matter which is why we
have set aside time for an open forum. This is your opportunity to share your thoughts,
concerns, and suggestions as we work together to enhance the educational experience for
our children. Teacher Grace will cater and answer your questions. You may come towards
our center microphone to state your questions and concerns.

Opening Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father,
As we gather here today with gratitude for the opportunity to come together as a community. We thank
you for the gift of education and the privilege of guiding and nurturing our students.
Grant us wisdom as we engage in discussions that our decisions may always be guided by your divine
light. Bless our efforts to create an environment where our students can flourish academically,
emotionally, and spiritually.
May this consultation be filled with open hearts, respectful dialogue, and a shared commitment to the well-
being of our children. May your presence be felt among us, uniting us in purpose and strengthening our
bonds of fellowship.
In your holy name, we pray. Amen.

Closing Prayer:
Heavenly Father,
We offer our gratitude for the time spent together and the fruitful discussions that have taken place. We
thank you for guiding our thoughts and words, and for the unity and understanding that have prevailed
throughout this gathering.
As we depart from this place, we ask for your continued guidance and blessings upon our students, their
families, and our school community. May the discussions made today be guided by your wisdom and lead
to the betterment of all.
Grant us the strength and courage to implement the plans and resolutions born out of this consultation,
knowing that with your grace, all things are possible.
