*Commencement of Extension Classes*

The Extension classes are scheduled to commence on Monday June 3, 2024.

While we await the approved tuition from the Bursary, HoDs should please have
students eligible for Extension Classes put down their details with the
department so they can be profiled on the portal. They are encouraged to ensure
they do this from Friday May 31, 2024.

All lectures should commence on Monday June 3, 2024. All eligible final year
students should be allowed into classes from Monday to Wednesday next week
irrespective of payment. From Thursday, June 6, 2024, students who are yet to
pay should not be allowed into class as they are required to have make payments
and registered on the portal by Thursday.

The calendar is as follows:

June 3 - 21: Extension Classes

June 24 - 28 - Extension Exams

July 1 - 4 - Marking, Departmental and Faculty boards to consider results

July 5 - Senate to consider results.
