Job Description

Who are we?


At noon, we aspire to be the most customer-centric and relevant digital company in the region. To reach

What will the role look like?

You will:

● Responsible for leads generation & acquisition of high-value sellers to join and start selling on
Noon

● Ideate, execute, & track new initiatives to acquire new sellers

● Provide market insights from the seller perspective, including understanding products, sellers,
market & competitor dynamics

● Making Calls to the vendors to inform them with the required documents and support them in the
signup process

● ExpandsPhone screening the sellers to make sure they are valid current vendor selection and
secures new brand selection

● Focuses on strategic holdout or challenging vendors to increase the selection


● Drives strategic negotiations to deliver top- and bottom-line category growth

● Responsible for managing relationships with sellers after acquisition including supporting the
onboarding process for these sellers

● Collect their data and follow up with them daily in order to bring them to live

● Explain the benefits of joining our platform to vendors and sellers.

● Building sustainable relationships and engaging sellers by going the extra mile and making sure
we deliver all the possible solutions

● Phone screening the sellers to make sure they are valid.

Attributes to succeed in the role

Skills experiences and behaviors required

● 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in the on-demand services industry.


● Proven ability to generate and acquire high-value sellers.
● Excellent verbal and written communication for effective vendor and seller interaction.
● Strong skills in addressing and overcoming challenges.
● Ability to work well within a team environment.
● Proactive, go-getter attitude with a drive to succeed.
● Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
● Provide valuable market insights, understanding products, sellers, and competitor dynamics.
● Manage and support seller relationships, from acquisition to onboarding.
● Telecallers and sales background candidates will be preferred
