I, pastor Oshewolo Joseph Sunday (buyer) from Kabba, Bunu-LGA Kogi State,
Nigeria is referring this statement as mutual agreement between I and the children
of late Mr. Emmanuel Abiodun Ayo (seller) of their late fathers, building under
construction with the whole portion of the land that the family land owner
(Omosho-Ogbagi) has issued grand of land dated 18/5/1997 with serial No 15.

 The family of the late Mr. Emmanuel Abiodun Ayo has been enjoining the portion
of the land measuring 60 feet by 100 feet with additional 12 feet a portion in olden
days till the property was transferred to me in 2018.
 That the portion of the land as extension which used for refuse dump without
access able was re-allocated to me by the family land owner to incorporated the 10
feet width by 35 feet length to the boundary of my back for affordable price in
2019.
 That the agreement contained 2 piece of land with a two separated land agreement.
 That I want the general public to take the note and the relevant authority concern
for this agreement.
