GUIDELINE 1.0 BACKGROUND

1.1 The NFJPIA-R4 Career Fair is an event where multiple partners,

review centers, recruiters, hiring managers, and employers can meet

with potential employees and/or reviewees.

GUIDELINE 2.0 OBJECTIVES

2.1 To provide a platform where graduating students and incoming

on-the-job trainees can interact with potential firms to establish

professional connections and range over career opportunities;

2.2 To showcase a diverse range of job openings, internships, and

on-the-job training programs in order to assist JPIAns in exploring

their career paths;

2.3 To encourage taking the next step towards professional

development such as reviewing for and taking the Certified Public

Accountant Licensure Examination and Certified Management

Accountant Licensure Examination; and

2.4 To foster career development among R4 JPIAns and JPIAns in the

Philippines for the betterment of their transition from academe to

the real-world workforce.

GUIDELINE 3.0 GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

3.1 The NFJPIA-R4 Career Fair is open to all JPIAns nationwide.

GUIDELINE 4.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

4.1 Duly Accomplished Registration Form via Google Forms.

4.2 Membership Card to be uploaded in the Google Forms Registration:

4.2.1 For students enrolled in Academic Year 2023- 2024, the Card

shall include the JPIA Number of the participant; and

4.2.2 For alumni, they shall upload their latest Card with their JPIA

Number before graduation.

4.3 The participants are required to submit the following requirements in

the Google Forms Registration (access the templates here:

https://tinyurl.com/R4-Career-Fair-Packet-File):

4.3.1 Data Privacy Consent;

4.3.2 Waiver Form;

4.3.3 Parental/ Guardian Consent; and

4.3.4 School Identification Card/ Valid ID.

4.4 Upon registration, the Membership Department will assess the

adherence of the participant to the established requirements. Then,

the registrants will be notified via electronic mail, acknowledging

their completed registration for the event:

4.4.1 For R4 JPIAns, the billing statement will be sent to the Local

Chapter President or Vice President for Finance; and

4.4.2 For alumni and non-R4 JPIANs, the billing statement will be

sent through their personal and active email.

4.5 Only the paid registrants on or before the event date shall be

considered official participants of the NFJPIA-R4 Career Fair.

GUIDELINE 5.0 DRESS CODE

5.1 Participants must wear their corporate attire throughout the event.

GUIDELINE 6.0 EFFECTIVITY

6.1 These Guidelines shall take effect immediately after the approval

of the Regional Council President and noted by the Regional

Council Adviser.
