Roles and responsibilities

• Apply your counselling skill in an online environment. Conduct online counselling sessions, online
assessments, and webinars for our B2C and B2B clients.
• Manage and assist the team of psychologists to drive engagement. Participate in the entire journey of the
psychologist - scouting, onboarding, training, and troubleshooting.
• Be enthusiastic and participative in marketing initiatives - content creation, blogs, social media etc.
• Assist the leadership in driving new initiatives as and when needed.

Minimum qualification
• Masters in Psychology
• 3+ years experience

Location
• Remote work
• Occasional travel might be required as and when needed
• Preferred base location - Chandigarh
