1.概述
1.1 单臂救助艇/筏吊架兼起重机主要用于大、中型船舶上救助艇/救
生筏(简称艇/筏)满载降落,救助艇满载回收,此外还可用于起吊货
物。
1.2 本装置分别有左、右式降放装置之分,满足船舶左、右舷布置的
需要。左、右式降放装置的确认,可以依照救助艇绞车的限速制动器
的操作手柄来判断。一般情况下,臂架头部朝着船艏方向。则操作手
柄位于左舷,称之为左式降放装置;反之,称之为右式降放装置。

MSC.47(66)决议、LSA 规则 MSC.48(66)决议的要求,其试验满
MSC.226(82)的要求,并且符合中国船级社《船舶与海上设施起重设备
规范》2007(简称《起规》)有关规定及要求。
2.主要结构组成和工作原理
2.1 降放装置主要由底座、臂架、救助艇绞车、回转机构、回转及
降落遥控索、脱钩装置、液压传动系统和电气控制系统等其他部件
组成。

2.2 臂架为箱形结构,采用高强度钢板焊接而成。臂架的顶部设置
滑轮绳槽,以保证降落满载艇安全可靠。
2.3 救助艇绞车
2.3.1 绞车主要由电动机、离合器、减速器、限速制动器、起升卷
筒及遥控索卷筒、手摇把和主钢索及遥控钢索等其他部件组成。并
且设置了起升与下降之间的联锁、手动与电动之间的联锁。

2.3.2 电动机采用船用起重电动机,是动力传输部分。
2.3.3 制动器采用单向滚珠式制动器。当绞车下放时,滚珠与摩擦
式离合器的外壳结合而产生制动作用;当绞车起升时,滚珠自动与
摩擦式离合器的外壳脱开不产生制动作用。
2.3.4 减速器采用圆柱齿轮传动,使输入转速/输出转速之比成正比;
输入扭矩/输出扭矩之比成反比。以满足起升速度、降落速度和起升
负载、安全工作负载(降落)而设置。
2.3.5 限速制动器采用离心式限速制动器。以满足艇/筏作起升、自
由降落过程中制动及调速作用而设置。
2.3.5.1 当电动起升艇/筏时,由于电动机在额定转速下,则限速制动
器产生的离心力不能克服起升负载以及结构机理因素,因而它失去
限速和制动作用。此时,按设定的起升速度进行起升艇/筏;
2.3.5.2 下降空钩/空载筏时,首先抬起限速制动器的操作手柄,解除
限速制动器的制动状态,使它失去制动作用。(注意:需切断主电
源,以防止手柄误伤人。
)
2.3.5.3 当满(空)载艇/筏自由降落时,抬起限速制动器的操作手
柄,解除限速制动器的制动状态,使它失去制动作用,艇/筏作自由
降落,限速制动器起到限速及制动,使降落速度按设定的降落速度
稳定的作自由降落。如果中途需停止降落,则放下限速制动器的操
作手柄,艇/筏会自动停止在某一空间位置;再抬起操作手柄,则艇
/筏会继续作自由降落。艇/筏降落至海平面。
2.3.6 设置安全保护系统。起升限位、手动起升与电动之间的联锁

和手动下降与电动之间的联锁。以保证各动作的安全可靠。
2.3.7 手摇把主要用于船舶停止供电或电气控制系统出现故障时,
将艇/筏空载起升或下降。
2.4 回转机构
2.4.1 回转机构主要由回转支承、减速器、液压马达+制动器+平衡阀
和回转限位等其他部件组成。它主要用途是使降放装置向满舷外或满
舷内回转。
2.4.2 回转支承采用单排球式回转支承。其能同时承受轴向力,径
向力以及倾复力矩。
2.4.3 减速器采用行星传动减速器,以满足回转速度、回转负载和
向满舷外或向满舷内回转。
2.4.4 液压马达+制动器+平衡阀的用途是:提供回转机构动力传
输+使降放装置停止在某一位置以及防止左、右晃动+克服负力
矩。
2.4.5 回转限位主要用于降放装置回转到极限位置时,阻止降放装
置继续回转。
2.5 液压传动系统
2.5.1 液压传动系统主要由液压柜、专用阀、手动换向阀、单向节
流阀、压力继电器、蓄能器和手动泵等其他部件组成。
2.5.2 液压柜主要由油箱、电动机和油泵等其他元件组成。它的主
要用途是向回转机构提供动力传输以及向蓄能器内充入压力油。
2.5.3 专用阀的主要用途是向液压系统提供安全保护以及操纵降放

装置向满舷外或向满舷内回转。
2.5.4 手动换向阀、单向节流阀。
a.手动换向阀主要用于蓄能器的压力油使降放装置向满舷外转
出;
b.单向节流阀主要用于向蓄能器充入压力油以及压力油调速,使
蓄能器的压力油达到所规定的值;
2.5.5 蓄能器
2.6 降落遥控索和回转遥控索
2.6.1 降落遥控索主要用于实现登乘人员在艇/筏内进行自由降落
过程中的遥控操作,其中一名登乘人员只要向下拉动降落遥控索,
限速制动器的操作手柄抬起,艇/筏会自动作自由降落。如中途需
停止作自由降落,松掉遥控索,艇/筏会自动停止在某一空间位置;
如需继续作自由降落,再次向下拉动遥控索,艇/筏会作自由降落,
直至海平面。
2.6.2 回转遥控索主要用于实现登乘人员在艇/筏内进行转出过程
中的遥控操作,登乘人员只要向下拉动回转遥控索,艇/筏会自动
向满舷外出转。如中途需停止转出,松掉遥控索,艇/筏会停止转
出。如需继续向满舷外转出,再次向下拉动遥控索,艇/筏会继续
向满舷外转出。
2.7 自动脱钩主要用于起升和下降救生筏的连接。
2.8 电气控制系统
电气控制系统主要由电气控制箱和和遥控按钮盒等其他部件组

成。
2.8.1 电气控制箱主要用于艇/筏起升、降放装置向满舷外或向满
舷内回转、电源起动/停止/显示;起升和向满舷外/向满舷内回转
作自动限位(停止工作)
、电动起升与电动下降之间、手动与电动
之间的联锁,以达到降放装置在各种工况下安全保护作用。
2.8.2 遥控按钮盒主要用于艇/筏起升、降放装置向满舷外/满舷内
回转以及电流显示、停止。
3.使用说明
3.1 电动起升
3.1.1 首先“起动”液压柜的泵站电动机,再操纵电磁换向阀开关,使降
放装置向满舷外“转出”。
3.1.2 将限速制动器的操作手柄抬起,艇/筏依靠自身重力下放,直
至脱钩装置挂上艇/筏,并确认脱钩装置与艇/筏已挂牢。
3.1.3 按“起升”开关,艇/筏起升至甲板上沿(高于艇架高度)松开“起
升”开关,停止起升。
3.1.4 再操纵电磁换向阀开关,使降放装置向满舷内“转入”直至艇/筏
搁至在艇架上.
3.1.5 将艇/筏固定在艇架上。
3.2 自由降落
3.2.1 首先“起动”液压柜的泵站电动机,再操纵电磁换向阀开关降放
装置向满舷外“转出”。
3.2.2 其中一名乘人员向下拉动降落遥控索,艇/筏作自由降落;

3.2.3 在艇/筏自由降落过程中,如需停止降落登乘人员松掉遥控索,
艇/筏会自动停留在某一空间位置;
3.2.4 如需继续作自由降落,登乘人员再次向下拉动降落遥控索,艇/
筏作自由降落,直至降落到海平面。
钩索,艇到达海面时,艇与吊艇索自动脱离;
3.2.6 脱钩以后,艇/筏即可实施救生、救助和救援工作。
3.3 蓄能器转出和自由降落
3.3.1 打开 截止阀 1 和 3.
3.3.2 首先将手摇把插入起升指示孔内,按指示孔方向进行手动起
升,用手摇把将艇/筏摇离艇/筏架.
3.3.3 其中一名登乘人员向下拉动回转遥控索,向满艇外“转出”.
3.3.4 其中一名登乘人员向下拉动降落遥控索,艇/筏会作自由降落,
直至艇/筏降落到海平面.
3.3.5 其中一名登乘人员向下拉动脱钩装置上的脱钩索,艇/筏与脱
钩装置会动脱钩.
3.4 蓄能器充入氮气和充入压力油.
3.4.1 蓄能器始终保持规定的氮气压力,当蓄能器内的氮气压力低于
完好状态有效执行救生,救助和救援工作.
油至 21mpa,使降放装置处于完好状态和有效救生、
救助和救援工作.

有关充压操作程序如下:
内的压力保持达到规定值,再关闭截止阀 1。
此时蓄能器会自动向液压柜内排油,直至油液排完,排完后,可对蓄能
器进行维护和保养.保养完毕后,关闭截止阀 1.
3.5 手动起升/下降
3.5.1 当船舶停止供电或电气控制系统出现故障时,可用手摇把进行
起升或下降艇/筏.
3.5.2 起升艇之前,首先将手摇把插入起升指示孔内进行手动起升.
3.5.3 当手动空钩下降时,将限速制动器的操作手柄抬起,解除单向
制动器的制动状态,方可进行手动下降。然后将手摇把插入下降指示
孔内按指示方向进行手动下放。
3.5.4 手动起升或下降操作完毕后,取下手摇把,并将手摇把固定到
固定位置,闭合连锁开关,方可电动起升。
3.6 手动回转
3.6.1 当船舶停止供电或电气控制系统出现故障并且蓄能器也不能
使用的情况下,可用手摇泵进行回转。
据需要切换回转换向阀的方向,然后将手摇管插入手动泵的操作柄
内,进行回转。

4.维护和保养
为了确保降放装置的正常安全、可靠使用,必须做到以下几点。
4.1 降放装置的操作和保养必须有专人负责,并熟悉降放装置的使
用要求和操作顺序。
4.2 应经常检查运动部件和固定部件处有无松动现象,如发现有松动
现象应立即紧固;各类液压管接处不得泄漏现象出现,若有应立即排除
故障;以确保降放装置处于完好状态。
4.3 应定期作起升,降落艇/筏,以确保在使用时的可靠性。(不得
少于 2 次/月)
如发现低于规定值,应立即充氮气,充压力油,以确保降放装置处
于完好状态。

类联锁以及各类限位是否有效达到预定效果,如发现达不到预定效
果,应立即排除故障,以确保降放装置处于完好状态,如间隙小于
或大于此规定值,应调整到规定值。
4.6 如发现钢索下列情况之一应立即更换。
a.钢索的其中一股钢丝摩损 10%;
b.钢索直径减小 7%;
c.钢索发生扭结及发现极端变形。
d 应定期检查钢丝绳特别是在转角滑轮处有无损坏,若有损坏应尽早
更换;当使用期达 5 年时,吊艇索应予以换新。
4.7 各部件润滑油(脂)。

5.故障原因分析及排除

I. General
1.1 The slewing davit is mainly used for lifting and lowering a reacue
boat/raft ,full load recovery for rescue boat. Additional, it is also acted as
crane for lifting goods.
1.2 The davit could be arranged at portside or starboardside which based on
the requirement. And the left or right davit could be distinguished from
speed-limited clutch handle of winch. Usually ,if the head of davit is towards
the F.W.D and the handle is the left, we called left davit; vice versa
1.3 The davit could be launched at sea level under the adverse condition of a
trim of up to 10 degree and a list of up to 20 degree either way ; and also can
lift the goods under the condition of a trim of up to 2 degree and a list of up
to 5 degree either way.
1.4 This single arm davit & crane conforms to the requirements of the
Amendments to SOLAS 1974---MSC.47(66) , International LSA Code
MSC.48(66), IMO Resolution MSC81(70) and MSC.216(82),MSC.218(82)
and MSC.226(82).

2.2 The jib is the box structure, welded by high strength steel. There is the
protected structure which is for avoid the rope moving away the head block
under the adverse condition of a trim of up to 10 degree and a list of up to 20
degree.
2.3 Rescue boat winch
2.3.1 The winch is mainly consisted of motor, clutch, reduce gear, main drum
and remote drum, handle and main rope, rem-con rope and other parts ect.
The interlock between hoisting and lowering, manual and electric are
mounted.
2.3.2 The motor is the marine hoisting motor which is the mainly transmitted
power part.
2.3.3 The one-way clutch is the roller clutch. When lowering the boat, the
roller connected with the shell to stop the power; when hoisting, the roller
could come away from the shell automatically to transmitting the power.
2.3.4 The reduce gear adopt the circular gear transmission which input speed
is in direct proportion to output speed; and the moment is in inverse
proportion to output moment. This transmission could satisfied requirement
of hoisting speed, lowering speed and hoisting load , safety working
load(lowering load).

2.3.5 Speed-limited detent adopts the centrifugal detent which could satisfies
to stop and adjust the speed when the boat/raft hoisting and launching by its
own weight.
2.3.5.1 When hoisting the boat/raft by motor, the centrifugal effect could not
conquer the hoisting load so as to lose the speed-limited function. At this
time, the boat/raft could hoisting according to the design.
2.3.5.2 When lowering the empty hook/raft, there should be lifted the handle
of speed-limited clutch to release the brake. (Note: there should be cut off
the power to avoid people be hurt by manual handle.)
2.3.5.3 When launching the full boat/raft by its own weight, there should be
lifted the handle of clutch to unchain the brake, then the boat/raft could be
launched. At this time, the speed-limited could acted to limit the lowering
speed. If stop launching at midway, there should be put down the handle of
speed-limited clutch and the boat/raft could stop at certain position
automatically; then lift the handle, the boat/raft could lowering again .
2.3.6 Safety protective system. There are setup the interlock between the
manual and motor interlock to ensure the action safety and reliably.
2.3.7 The manual handle is mainly used for hoisting or lowering the empty
boat/raft when the hull stop or no power.
2.4 Slewing tray
2.4.1 The slewing tray is mainly consisted of slewing bearings, reducer,

2.4.2 The slewing bearing adopts single-line- spheric bearing. It could bear
the axial force, radial force and overturn moment.
2.4.3 The reducer is the planetary gearbox, it is satisfied for slewing speed,
slewing load and slewing the jib to outboard position or inboard position.

unit+stop at certain position to avoid swing+ conquer the subtractive

2.4.5 The slewing limited is mainly used for stop slewing when the davit
slewed to the ultimate position.
2.5 Hydraulic system
2.5.1 Hydraulic system is mainly consisted of hydraulic counter, special
valve, manual change valve, single-throttle, pressure relay, accumulator and
manual pump and other parts etc..
2.5.2 Hydraulic counter is mainly consisted of oil box, motor and oil pump
and other parts etc.. It is used for supply the power to slewing unit and fill in
the pressure oil to accumulator.
2.5.3 Special valve is mainly used for supply the safety protection to
hydraulic system and lower the davit to slew the jib to outboard or inboard.
2.5.4 Manual change valve, single-throttle and .
a. manual change valve is mainly used for fill in the oil to accumulator to
slew the jib to outboard.
b. single-throttle is mainly used for fill in the oil to accumulator and adjust
the speed of pressure oil to make the oil arrive at design.
2.5.5 Accumulator
2.6 Rem-con rope for lowering and slewing
2.6.1 Rem-con rope for lowering is used for controlling the lowering rope
through the remote control wires operated from a position within the boat/raft
in case that all passengers have embarked boat/raft and there is no any
operator on the deck. If stop at certain position, there should be release the
rope and the boat/raft could stop at certain position; if go on, there should be
pull the rope and the boat/raft could lower to the sea level.
2.6.2 Rem-con rope for slewing is used for controlling the slewing through

3.2.6 After release the hook, the boat/raft could save and rescue.
3.3 Slewing and free-fall of accumulator
3.3.1 Open the cut-off valve 1 and 3.
3.3.2 First insert the handle of winch to hoisting hole, then hoisting by
manual handle to take the boat/raft away from the boat/raft fram.
3.3.3 Crew pull the rem-con rope for slewing to slew the boat/raft to
outboard.
3.3.4 Crew pull the rem-con rope for lowering to lower the boat/raft to the
sea level.
3.3.5 Crew pull the release hook and the boat/raft will leave the release hook
unit away.
3.4 Fill the nitrogen gas and pressure oil to accumulator
3.4.1 Nitrogen pressure should be keeped at specified value, when the
pressure lowered than the specified value 9mpa, there are should be fill in the
nitrogen gas to 11mpa to ensure the davit at performed state.
3.4.2 When the pressure of hydraulic oil lowered than specified value 19mpa,
there are should be fill in the hydraulic pressure oil to 21mpa to ensure the
davit at performed state. Related operation is as follow:
3.4.2.1 Open cut-off valve 1,3, close cut-off valve 2, then press the switch of
fill-in pressure to ensure the pressure reach to performed state, then close the
cut-off valve 1.
3.5 Hoisting/lowering by manual
3.5.1 When the hull stop power or electric system has any error, there is
could hoisting/lowering the boat/raft by handle .
3.5.2 Before hoisting the boat/raft, handle should be insert to the hoisting
hole, then hoisting.
3.5.3 When lowering the empty hook by manual, lift the handle to unchain
the brake of clutch, and insert the handle to lowering hole, then lowering.
3.5.4 After hoisting or lowering by manual, move away the handle and put
the handle to the stow position. Close the interlock switch, then hoisting by
power.

Ⅳ Maintenance
In order to ensure the operation is safety, reliable, the following should be
done:
4.1 There are should be arranged the person to be in charge with operate and
maintain of davit, and be familiar with operation requirement and order.
4.2 There are should be often inspected that the actived parts and fixed parts,
if any parts loose,tighten it at once; the connections of hydraulic pipe should
not leak, if finded leak, there are should be obviated to ensure the davit in
good condition.
4.3 There are should be often hoisting,lowering the boat/raft to ensure the
davit at reliable operation. (at least 2 times/ month)
4.4 The nitrogen gas and pressure oil should be keeped at the specified value
9mpa, if lower than specified value, fill in at once to ensure the davit at
reliable operation.
4.5 The distance between the handle and screw of winch should be keeped
1~1.5mm, if less than above value, adjust it; interlock and limit should act, if
there is not work, obviate it and ensure the davit in good condition.
4.6 The boat falls should be renewed in case of one of following condition
happening.
a One strand of wire rope is worn away 10%.
b Dia. Of wire rope is decreased 7%.
c The wire rope is deformed caused by extremely twisting.
d The boat falls in launching should be inspected periodically with
special regard for areas passing through sheaves, and renewed when nessary
due to deterioration of the falls or at intervals of not more than five
years ,whichever is the earlier.
4.7 Lubrication oil of each parts
