Ø Reporting Venue – Auditorium Hall,

KIIT , Bhubaneswar

Ø Following materials will be issued on the day of reporting

o Identity Card
o Academic Curricula
o Time Table
o Students Hand Book

Ø Laptops will be issued after commencement of the classes.

Ø Original Documents with one set of Xerox copies to be submitted on the day of
reporting
• CLC or School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate (Original
Compulsory)
• Conduct Certificate or Character Certificate (Original Compulsory)
• 10th Pass Certificate
• 12th Mark sheet & Pass certificate
• Two Passport Size Color Photographs
• Aadhaar Card
• KIITEE Rank Card

Ø Hostel (for Hostel Boarders)

Hostel seat will be allotted on the day of reporting.

All the hostels are fully furnished.

Each boarder will be provided with Cot, Chair, Table, Cupboard, Mattress, Pillow,
Bed sheet, Dining tray, Bucket, Mug and Dustbin etc. He/ She has to come with
personal belongings only.
