SOLUTION 1:
STEP 1: Open MS Word
STEP 2: Click on Layout Tab
STEP3: Click on Page setup Group
STEP 4: Click On Indent Option
STEP 5: Set Left to 1.5 cm and Right to 1 cm by drop down list.

SOLUTION 2:
STEP 1: Open MS Word.
STEP 2: Click on Layout Tab
STEP3: Click on Page setup Group
STEP4: Click On Orientation Option.
STEP 5: Choose Portrait orientation and for margin value click on Margin
Option Choose Custom Margin Option.
STEP 6: Type the section Top = 2.0., Bottom =2.15., Left = 2.50.,
Right=2.50.
STEP7: Click on Ok.

STEP 1: Open MS Word.
STEP 2: Click on Layout Tab
STEP 3: Click on Page setup Group
STEP 4: Click on Size Option
STEP 5: Choose the Paper Size A4(21 cm X 29.7 cm) From The Given
List.
