ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Goldman Sachs –Strategy Payment and Reconciliation Manager (September 2023 - Present)

• Worked closely with Workforce Change Management Team to develop changes in the new procedure for Payment’s platform.
• Worked on archer tickets in finding out the root cause of the issue occurred and contacting the respective owners and finding
out the solution to resolve the archer ticket and verifying the JIRA to review if any similar ticket is raised for the issue and
resolved it within the deadline.
• Monitored the team performance by providing the review to team to increase the Good Quality Trend which helped in
achieving good quality score.
• Worked closely with Compliance and Legal Team to understand the regulatory risk involved and providing the feedback to the

Goldman Sachs – Payments and Reconciliation Specialist (October 2021 – August 2023)

● Review on payments getting rejected in different payment platform and identifying the root cause and resolving it in timely
manner
● Monitor balance of funds in the account and proactively dealt with processing the ACH, Check and Money order payments
● Review reconciliation process and break sheet to ensure the breaks are cleared and review and resolve the breaks from
Pending abandoned property.

● Nostro reconciliation on various clients in various based on the Worldlink payments initiated by the Client service
● Deal with clients related to Global Payment Processing system and raising out the exceptional issue caused in a timely manner
to the service team.
● Dealt with products like OTT, ITT, Book Transfers, Message types of MT101, MT103, MT202, MT202COV, MT192, MT195
● Dealt with SWIFT network and working on various message types, liaising with sanctions and investigations for various
transactions & reconciling them through identification of outages and taking actions on outstanding entries.
● Investigating whether the deal has been booked with respective to the Worldlink payments and raising the exceptional
issueregarding the deal to the Traders team.

● Worked on Dividend Distribution Tax, Security Transaction tax and NRI TDS funding
● Computing of buffer calculation for various distributors and verification of brokerage invoices
● Payments to investors on bank website based on Dividends, Brokerage and Redemptions on timely manner, payments
related to NEFT, RTGS IMPS, Demand Draft and Cheques within the cut off time permitted.

● Reconciliation of payouts based on bank statement and payout transactions
● Recognized for “Putting clients first” by the team for reconciling 1year AMC Brokerage payments which has
been ideal for quite a long time. This reconciling of past 1year data made the business smoothen with current
ongoing process and for working in Business SLA as per the requirement and also collaborated with Transfer
agency with single goal sign off. This was very much helpful in doing the work within the business deadline.
● Recognized for “Achieving Quality Results” for projecting that the manual process of payments through
cheques and Demand draft can be automated and also for collaborating with software engineers in fixing the
system bug issues this lead to ease of doing the business and which also cut shorted the risk and also the time
consumption by the users. This was very much user friendly for other departments in doing business.
● Worked with CITI BANK for an automation in overseas payments which again earlier was a manual process. In this project
worked on uploading of overseas documents of the distributors and also on online fund transfers.
● Worked in automating the Brokerage Fund payments through system which directly make the payments to distributors
inone go. To fix this issue collaborated with CITI BANK and also with Franklin Templeton software engineers.
