1 tkUIPL expressed concerns on delayed vendor engineering. Order was placed on Heatmax
22.11.2022 with CDD as 21.07.2023. Till date 11 months have already lapsed
beyond CDD. However, M/s Heatmax vendor drawing submission and closing
them in code-1 is lagging a lot.
This has resulted in delay for equipment delivery affecting the Project Progress.
2 All the comments and discrepancies in the revised Rev.03 engineering documents Heatmax
for vessel 405-V-1002 submitted on Workspace were discussed and explained
based on comments in Rev.02 documents.
During the discussion, M/s Heatmax informed that revised documents submitted
for tkUIPL were not checked as per quality for correctness. Heatmax had not
completely incorporated comments from previous revision, moreover there were
several mistakes in calculation.
tkUIPL asked Heatmax to thoroughly checked up document and then submit.
tkUIPL reiterates that any error / shortcoming in engineering and fabrication is to
M/s Heatmax account.
3 M/s Heatmax agreed for correcting all the documents by incorporating comments Heatmax
for 405-V-1002 and resubmit for approval. 02-07-2024
