OBJECTIVE

I want to constantly add value to the organization. I work for and grow along with the organization. This forceful era of
rapid change and globalization requires a lot of extra efforts especially from young generations and needs broader
thinking. I can use my diverse skills, efforts and knowledge for the growth of the organization and for my personal

WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Worked as GET (supervisor)–Production department in Nobel Automotive India Pvt.Ltd. at Sanand since 5 th of
January 2020 to 1st of January 2021
2. Worked as Production Engineer in Vee Gee Auto Components Pvt.Ltd. at Jalisana since 2 nd of January 2021 to
10th of July 2023
3. Working as Production Engineer in Atomone Technologies at Kadi since 13 th of July 2023 to till now.

CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES

 To achieve targeted production per plan.

 Responsible for particular line management to utilize all resources at optimum level.
 Co-ordination with various departments (PPC, Quality,) for smooth and efficient production flow.
 Increase productivity by actual Time study & OEE calculation (UP-time) on daily& monthly basis.
 Analysis of rejection reworks productivity & takes appropriate counter measure wherever required, design of
trolley & bins, and stand for smooth flow of material handling preservation and storage during process.
 Continuous work on process activities and motivating the manpower for achieving results.
 Closely co-ordinate with Machine maintenance team &Jig maintenance team for tools so that machines & tools
should not interrupt production and taking necessary actions.
 Ensuring resource optimization for consumable cost control and active participation of people for kaizen and
improvement activities.
 Control of non-conforming products, redress of customer complaints, red bin analysis & concerned activities
execution to control shop rejection and rework.
 To handle the problem on customer end and take corrective & preventive action by doing why-why analysis.
 Implement & Ensuring Shop Floor Practices like, 5-S, TPM, Man Power Rotation, Wastage Elimination, and Team
works.
 Working for Zero-Accident in Production line through imparting trainings to operators and making them aware
of safety and work instructions.
 Giving regular efforts for smooth production through Poka-yoke and Kaizen activities.
 To maintain Skill matrix through Training and Exam basis.
 On daily basis to check PY, Parameters and jig.
 Monitoring and Take (Daily) Inventory of FG and SFG material for Line and Dispatch basis.
 Daily audit of LPA (Layer Process Audit).
 To be detecting near miss at line wise and eliminating with the help of supporting Department.
  Attend meeting of Brainstorming, KAIZEN and Safety on monthly basis.
