1 tsp minced ginger
3 Scallion
2 tsp minced garlic
1 carrot
115 grams mushroom
Rest of the cabbage
¼ kg. minced lean ground beef
½ kg. minced lean ground chicken
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp lemon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp pepper
Sauce:
1 scallion (white part)
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp lemon
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp chili powder
Slurry:
1 tsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp cold water
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

cornstarch + tbsp cold water to
thicken it up. Stir until you get your
desired consistency.
