Growing in Rural ignited my empathy for the marginalized. Witnessing their struggles spurred me to
action, leading me to local NGOs where I honed leadership and fostered community initiatives.
Overcoming these challenges solidified my social impact dream. The FMS MBA, renowned for responsible
leadership and innovative solutions, is my catalyst. I seek knowledge, network, and the power to create
lasting change. This journey, though detoured, hasn't wavered my commitment. With FMS, I envision

My mechanical engineering roots in R.G.G.E.C honed my analytical skills, but it was through campus
ambassadorships at CV Dragonas and White Panda, and volunteering with "People for Drugs and
Animals", that I discovered the thrill of human connection and problem-solving. Transitioning to HR at
Epsilon India felt serendipitous. Despite my non-traditional background, I navigated the path using
LinkedIn . Then, COVID-19 hit. Personal circumstances necessitated a break, but my passion for making a
difference didn't. I joined Knowledge master ,Punjab as an hr and "Muskurahat," an NGO empowering
underprivileged children. This experience cemented my desire to pursue a career focused on social
impact. While this may not be the typical HR trajectory, it's uniquely mine. Each step – from technical
training to corporate leadership, from animal welfare to child education – has instilled invaluable skills:
adaptability, empathy, and a passion for data-driven solutions.

My journey started with the Eco Club, where I cultivated a deep connection with environmental
responsibility, actively participating in tree-planting drives and awareness campaigns.The prestigious
"Swami Vivekananda Utkrishth Chhatervritti Yojana" scholarship recognized my academic excellence,
fueling my thirst for knowledge and leadership.Dean's List and receiving a coveted laptop in 2015 affirmed
my dedication and hard work. I actively participated in a Student Exchange Program at Shivaji University. I
was among the top 3 students selected for this program, signifying my leadership potential.My
contributions to GAYATRI TEERTH SHANTIKUNJ, HARIDWAR and TEDxGMCJAMMU were recognized with
