Season’s Greetings!

Congratulations! On behalf of the RAORBA-2024 Chairs, we are happy to let you know that your
paper has been accepted for oral presentation at the International Conference on Recent Advances in
Operations Research & Business Analytics (RAORBA-2024) to be held on July 25-26, 2024 This
email provides you with all the information required to complete your Registration Process.

To present your paper at the conference you have been asked to adhere to the following:
Submission of the full paper:
1. Authors can submit their full paper in the said special issues (as per the topic) of the
journals given on the conference website. Journal links will be updated after the conference.

2. During the Registration Process, the Author should submit the manuscript in PDF and
MS Word File / Full LaTeX source file in compress mode (ZIP file) via the mentioned
Google Form for Registration. The name of the file will be the Paper ID (i.e. RAORBA-G-7).

Only paid participant is allowed to present a paper and he/she will be allowed to present only one
paper through one registration.
The author should submit the proof of Payment of the Registration Fee (according to the categories
mentioned in the conference website) in the above-mentioned google form and the registration fee
needs to be paid, on/or before the deadline as mentioned in the website.

During the conference, each paper will be given approximately 15 minutes for presentation.
The Last date of registration is June 30, 2024, without a late fine.

Remember:
1. Keep a copy of the transaction proof with you (N.B. UTR Number is mandatory; Don't choose

2. After completing the payment procedure, the Author should register himself/herself by the
following registration form link: https://forms.gle/HbrozMD9C2SJSuDw9

3. At the time of registration, the author should upload the payment proof and Paper (MS Word /
LaTeX and PDF) through the online registration Google Form. A presentation certificate will be
generated based on the name of the author who registers himself/herself by the registration
form.
