The Municipality of Quezon will be celebrating its Civic Town Fiesta this coming December
2019, one of the activities is the Volleyball Tournament Men and Women category.

In connection with this, we are humbly requesting from your office to allow our team (SANTAN
SPIKERS) to use the volleyball court in front of Municipal Hall to our practice every afternoon from 4:00
PM to 6:00 PM in preparation for the said activity and to improve our skill in volleyball.

29, 2019 and the council of Barangay Alfonso XIII has planned several programs and activities to make
the celebration meaningfully for all the constituents of our Barangay, one of the activities is the
