Dear Cong. Cagas,

Warmest greetings with love and peace!

We, the DICHIDTEWA, Inc. of Digos City having 76 Child Development teacher-
members under the supervision of City Social Welfare and Development Office in the City of
Digos are please to inform you of our existence. Our main goal is to serve 3 to 4 years old
children under Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD )program as mandated by RA
10410 also known as the "Early Years Act of 2013". Our different activities and sessions occur in
our centers promoting holistic growth and development to ensure there would be no learning
gaps as we apply age-appropriate lessons. We see to it that we are able to facilitate the needs
of each child based on individual differences and learning styles, thus, good facilities are
required and a must. Those must be child friendly thereby promote conducive learning
environment.

Assessing those facilities we are having in the main time, there are many centers which
are ancient and those if not too old, portions are already damaged and need to be renovated.
After we've done assessment it was found out that the following centers are in dire need to be
repaired.

 Anent to this, we would like to request allocation from your good office for the
renovation of 10 Child Development Centers as stated/named above.

Anticipating for your favorable and appropriate action in this regard. We know that you
have that kind and loving heart to serve the constituents of Davao del Sur.
