ANNEX “D”: RE-SUPPLY PLAN

1. Plan A: Re-supply will be immediately available upon request of the

2 CPMFC personnel and will be brought by the reinforcing team to the designated set
by the operating personnel.
2. Plan B: In a worst-case scenario, re-supply is pending.
The primary means of transportation during the implementation of this
plan are the patrol cars of Midsayap MPS, Midsayap, Cotabato.
a. Other support vehicles: e.g., dump trucks will be requested to the
nearest LGU when needed.
b. Individual-issued firearms and ammunition of the unit will be used for
this purpose.

ANNEX “E”: BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS

1. FOOD/MEAL:
P 30.00/meal x 78 persons x 3 meals/day x 5 days
= P 35, 100.00
2. GASOLINE:
P 63.00/liter x 20 liters/day x 5 days
= P 6, 300.00
3. CELLPHONE LOAD:
