 Troubleshooting SNMP walkability ,tracing ,routing of ips .
 Monitoring and Analysing logs in firewall of source and destination ips.
 Hands on experience in Fortimanager,checkpoint firewalls, integration of manager with
firewall.
 Installation of OS,Certificates,Antivirus,Threat Prevention license in Palo alto firewall.
 Decommissioning of firewalls, monitoring and removing the interfaces from tools,
failover of firewalls.
 Raised the CR process of change management guidelines for the structured
methodology of ITIL.
 Handled P1 incidents on cyberattacks,created tickets,workorders for incidents and
vulnerabities.
 Knowledge in logging of firewalls,manager devices ,threat management, upgradation of
IOS,worked in IDS,SFP ports ,IPS,policy pushing of firewalls.
 Worked in Incident Response management ,event monitoring tools, ticket analysis and
RCA for critical incidents like Hypercare ,Thousandeyes project.
