This confirms our discussion regarding your performance for the period January 2021 to December 2021. As
discussed, your job performance during this period was found to be unsatisfactory as you failed to meet the
required performance standards of the Company.

This formalizes management's intent to provide you an additional opportunity to improve your work
performance through a Performance Recovery Plan (PReP). The PReP shall cover a 90-day / 180-day
observation period beginning May 16, 2022 until October 16, 2022. During this time, you will be expected
to make regular progress on the outlined plan and avail of support needed to achieve the agreed goals.
