Minutes ofthe Meeting of the Heads and Faculty members of the Departments
Held at 12.45 p.m. on 29-06-2024 (Saturday)

Inattendance : Deans, Heads and Faculty members of allDepartments
1. Minutes of Previous Meeting:
The minutes of the previous meeting of the Heads of Departments held on 20" June, 2024
were approved as a correct record.
2. Academic Matter:

" Principal addressed the gathering of allDeans, HoDs and Faculty Members.
" Coaching Class and Model Examination scheduled on alternate days from 24-06-2024 for
students to study. Principal strictly insisted that the Class Coordinators are responsible for
their students to attend the Coaching Classes and Model Examination properly. HoDs are
instructed to closely monitor and ensure that Coaching classes should be conducted in proper
manner.

" Principal insisted HoDs that alloutstanding fees (Academic, Hostel and Transportation),
Scholarship amount to be paid, get No Dues Certificate and Collect the Hall Ticket through
Class Coordinator on or before 2nd July, 2024.
" Principal instructed that the faculty members will have to go for admission work without
affecting the Coaching Classes and other Examination related works.
" Principal insisted that the faculty members focus on Results, Research Publications and
NPTEL Courses. Principal informed that the Research Incentives Meeting and Admission
Incentives Meeting will be conducted within a short period of time.
" Principal assured that if a faculty has passed the NPTEL course, 50% of the amount will be
reimbursed to encourage them.
"Principal informed that the faculty members those have more than one year of experience in
JJCET can avail vacation leave at the end of the semester.

" Principal thanked the members and the meeting came to an end.
