Instructions for Annual Examination for Classes VI to IX and XI

Instructions for the students

 Students must be in proper school uniform. Nothing should be scribbled/written on any body
part or school uniform.
 Carry your own stationary items (Pencil, Pen, Sharpener etc.) in the transparent pouch. Only
Transparent writing pad will be allowed in the exam hall. Bring your own water bottle.
 Students to bring School dairy and Identity Card on exam days.
 Any kind of wrist watch and calculator are not allowed in the exam hall.
 Occupy your own allotted seat.
 Fill the details of the title sheet of the answer sheet carefully. DO NOT WRITE YOUR NAME ON
THE ANSWER SHEET ONLY ROLL NO TO BE WRITTEN.(Students are requested to check their
roll no from the recent list sent in the class group by the Class Teacher)
 Students of class IX and XI are requested to put the page number and their signature on each
page of the answer sheet.
 Answers shall be written on both sides of the answer book. No student should tear out any
page from the answer sheet.
 Students are not supposed to write anything on question paper, except their roll number.
 If a student during examination is found indulging in any of the following, he/she will be
deemed to have used unfair means.
o Exchange of question paper or answer sheet.
o Communication with other student during the examination.
o Having possession of any sort of paper/slips or anything written on the body part
related to subject concerned.
 Mention the number of supplementary sheets on the main answer book before submission.
