• Utilizing 32 years’ experience as well as comprehensive background with different consultants and

Duties and responsibilities

• Thorough study of Contract documents to recognize the project requirements.

 Duties and responsibilities
• Prepare the NOC drawing to obtain the permissions from the different departments. Fundamental
correspondence related to the project enquiries. Basic criteria benchmarks to be set out with
consultant related to execution of the project. Technical meetings with consultant and departments to
enhance the progress of the construction. Entire letters during the projectto the client or consultant.
Any site problem instant solutions to run the work at site without any delay. Guiding the project
engineers, surveyors, foremen, construction manager and occasionally to the project manager if asked
by him.
Responsible for the entire shop drawings preparation, designing, discussion with
consultant and making new proposals for the different issues of the project, entire
problem solutions.
From 10th August 2015 to 27th March 2018:
• Worked with WBG contracting company (Abu Dhabi based) as Technical Office Engineer.

• Responsible for all necessary actions to start the project. Preparing the drawings for different
departments to obtain N.O.Cs, designing shop drawings, entire dealing with consultants, bar bending
schedules for the foundations and spill ways, controlling all site surveyors by monitoringand providing
entire correct information, As built drawings, supervision of the CDMS and GIS drawing by ensuring that
data is complying with standard of the municipality and town planning. Providing solutions for entire
problems on site.

• Jumeirah Village South III Circle (JVS) has been mastered plan as a satellite city development which
will house 150,000 residents and provide community facilities including shopping malls, schools and
mosques. JVS covers almost 600 hectares of currently unoccupied desert.

Duties and responsibilities

Responsible for designing road profiles, Roundabouts, bridges, wastewater lines, Irrigation, Waterlines, District
cooling line and Gas line. Checking of cover levels for storm water and sewerage, gully checking, and house
connections, including Verification of demarcation. Designing for bridge profiles, road profiles, road typical
junctions and roundabout designing.
