Gentlemen;

Syrian Gas Company "COMPANY" hereby solicits your bid for Engineering, Procurement,
Supply and Delivery, Construction, Commissioning and Start-up for ARAB GAS PIPELINE
PROJECT – PHASE I in Syrian Arab Republic .

The Work performed pursuant to this inquiry will involve, but not be limited to, engineering,
procurement, construction commissioning and start-up as further described in this document.

All Work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, plans, specifications, and
other information and data contained or referenced in the Request For Quotation (RFQ)
documents., these documents shall comprise :

CONFIDENTIALITY:

The RFQ shall be treated as confidential. Unless prior written approval is received from
COMPANY, the RFQ shall not be delivered, copied or disclosed to anyone other than those Who
need it in connection with the preparation of your bid.

SCHEDULE:

The work shall be performed with such diligence as is required to accomplish the milestones set
forth in the RFQ, Exhibit-D, CONTRACT SCHEDULE.
