Self-Evaluation Report on Probation Performance

Introduction: I am pleased to present a self-evaluation report on my probation


performance during the period from December 01, 2021, to March 31, 2021. As a
Manager in the IT department, I have endeavored to fulfill my responsibilities with
diligence and dedication, contributing to the advancement of essential projects within
our esteemed organization.

XYZs' Culture and Its Impact: XYZs' strong cultural foundation has significantly
influenced my professional growth and performance. The company's vision, mission, and
values have guided my actions and helped me align with the organizational goals.
Here's how these elements have contributed to my development as a better employee:

Vision: XYZs aims to become the most trusted brand in the region by offering
comprehensive solutions to the diverse needs of the communities we serve. This vision
has inspired me to strive for excellence and contribute effectively to our IT projects,
ensuring they meet the high standards set by the company.

Mission: The mission of XYZs is to set new standards through innovation and
sustainable solutions that exceed the expectations of all our stakeholders. This mission
has motivated me to pursue innovative approaches in our software development
projects, aiming to deliver solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations.

Values:

1. Integrity: Conducting myself with honesty and ethics in every action has
reinforced my commitment to transparent and ethical work practices.
2. Commitment: Being trustworthy and taking ownership of my responsibilities has
ensured reliability in my contributions to the team and our projects.

explore and implement innovative solutions in our IT initiatives.

Summary of Activities: During my probation period, I actively engaged in various
initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving technological
innovation.

December 1, 2021 to January 31, 2021:

 Induction Program Participation: I actively participated in the company's


Induction Program, acquainting myself with the diverse departments and their
respective roles within the organization.
 HRIS Software Development Initiation: I initiated discussions and laid the
groundwork for the development of the HRIS software, collaborating with my
colleagues to establish project parameters and objectives.
 Cultural Integration: XYZs provided me with "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective
People." Although I did not fully read the book, the Induction Program gave me a
brief understanding of these habits. I observed how effectively the management
values and follows these habits, contributing to XYZs' superior culture and work
ethics.

February 1, 2021 to February 29, 2021:

 HRIS Module Development: I played a pivotal role in developing the "Employee


Master" data entry module of the HRIS software, contributing to frontend design,
authentication implementation, and database development.
 ERP Module Familiarization: I dedicated time to familiarize myself with various
ERP modules, particularly focusing on Material Entry, Material Attribute Entry,
Supplier Entry, BOQ, Indent, and PO.
 IT Morning Meetings: Regular morning meetings kept me updated with the
workflow and strengthened team bonding.

March 1, 2021 to March 31, 2021:

 Continued Software Development: I successfully developed modules such as


Country, Currency, Constitution, Division, City, and Company entry, ensuring
seamless integration and functionality.
 Collaboration and Support: I provided valuable assistance to my colleagues in
ERP data entry tasks, facilitating smoother workflows and bolstering team
efficiency.
Additional Observations:

 The Bold Ambitions of Management: The management's bold, straightforward,


and dynamic attitude towards work culture instilled immense respect and pride in
me.
 Friendliness among Colleagues: XYZs' management and employees exhibit a
friendly and helpful attitude. Mistakes are addressed collectively, providing
valuable information to prevent recurrence.
 Work-Life Balance: The company greatly values work-life balance, encouraging
the completion of tasks within office hours and promoting a healthy work
environment.
 Beautiful Office Environment: The thoughtfully designed office space motivates
me to work with peace of mind and efficiency.
 Outstanding HR Support: In my six years of career, I have never encountered
such an ambitious HR team. Their continuous support during my probation
period ensured I never needed to seek extra help.

and collaborative teamwork has fostered a culture of professional development
within the IT department, driving innovation and excellence.

Conclusion: In conclusion, I am proud of the contributions I have made during my


probation period, and I am confident that these efforts have positively impacted on the
organization. I am eager to continue leveraging my skills and expertise to drive further
progress and success in my role as Manager in the IT department.
