Terms and Conditions

1. I/We am/are adult Indian citizen/s, competent to contract under the applicable Indian laws.
2. I/We hereby are applying for allotment of a unit/flat as per our selected preference subject to the availability of the same. I / We agree
that you at your sole discretion shall be entitled to accept or reject my/our application at any time prior to allotment.
3. I/We agree that on your confirmation/allotment of the unit/flat of our selected preference to me/us, the same cannot be
changed/altered by me/us.
4. Subject to availability of the unit/flat as per my/our selected preference, I/we confirm and agree that you have the discretion / right to
exercise any of the following options on the allotment date as may be communicated by you ("Allotment Date"):-
(a) Allot the unit/flat as per my/our selected preference subject to it remaining available on Allotment Date; or
(b) Allot an alternate unit/flat (subject to availability) in the same phase or in other registered phases of the project, (upon my/our
confirmation); or
(c) Cancel this application.
5. I/We understand, agree and confirm that :
(a) In case you do not allot any unit/ flat or cancel this application, then I/we understand and agree that you shall refund the amount
paid by me/us without any demur or interest, within 14 days from Allotment Date and upon such refund, I/ we shall have no right, title,
interest or claim towards any of the unit/flat and/or the project and/or any part thereof in any manner whatsoever.
(b) In case the unit/flat as per my/our selected preference or the alternate unit/flat (if confirmed by me/us) is allotted by you to me / us
on the Allotment Date and I/we withdraw / cancel the booking, then the amount paid by me/us shall not be refunded and the allotment
shall stand cancelled. Further, I/ we shall have no right, title, interest or claim towards any of the unit/flat and/or the project and/or any
part thereof in any manner whatsoever.
(c) I/We hereby confirm that I/we have read and understood the refund / non ? refundable treatment of the amount paid by me as
specifically mentioned in the Booking Details.
6. I / We agree and confirm that this application does not confer upon me / us any right, title and interest of any kind whatsoever into or
upon any unit/flat and is subject to compliance and performance of all terms, conditions and obligations of payments and other
requisites as will be mentioned in the application form / allotment letter / agreement for sale / any other document that may be executed
from time to time as and when called upon by you, without any delay or demur.
7. I/We am/are aware and hereby agree and declare that notwithstanding anything contained herein or any arrangement between us
(written or otherwise), you shall have the right at any time prior to allotment, to cancel this application and refund the amount paid by
me/us without any demur or interest, and upon such refund I/we shall not have any claim against you in respect of any unit/flat/project.
8. I / We agree and undertake to sign all other documents including but not limited to application form, allotment letter, agreement for
sale etc., in case the booking is confirmed to me/us. I / We understand and confirm that the application/booking/purchase of unit/flat
shall be governed by the terms and conditions of application form, allotment letter, agreement for sale and such other applicable
documents ("Transaction Documents").
9. I/We am/are aware about the details/documents in respect of unit/flat and/or project and have fully read and understood the terms
and conditions of the Transaction Documents as made available on Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 ("RERA")
website prior to application/booking the unit/flat, including but not limited to my obligations, the terms regarding payment of
consideration towards the unit/flat, cancellation, forfeiture of amounts etc. I/We do hereby agree and undertake to abide and be bound
by them.
10. I / We further confirm that the decision to apply/book/purchase the unit/flat is out of my/our own free will after giving careful
consideration to the details of the unit/flat, nature and scope of the entire development, terms and conditions of the purchase, the
disclosures contained herein as well as made available on RERA website.
11. I/We have read and understood the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and agree to the same.
12. I/We confirm that the advertisements / publicity material released by you/Godrej Properties Limited (GPL)/its Affiliates does not
provide any warranty and may not be providing complete details / disclosures as may be required under the RERA and I/we am/are not
relying on the same for my/our decision to apply/book/purchase the unit/flat.
13. All the information / details provided by me/us is true and correct. I/We further undertake to inform GPL/ its Affiliates promptly in case
of any change in the information and/or particulars furnished by me/us.
