ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

I. Title: Project All Numerates (Pre-Test)

Date: October 10 – 11, 2023

Time: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Venue: San Nicolas Integrated School

II. Participants: Students/teachers

III. Highlights:

Tests for the Project "All Numerates" were given to participants as the initial stage in

evaluating their math abilities. Through meticulous planning and organization, we ensured

that the testing environment was conducive to accurate evaluation. Participants were

greeted warmly and provided with clear instructions to alleviate any apprehensions and

ensure understanding of the testing process. The test itself was thoughtfully designed to

cover a wide range of mathematical concepts, allowing for a holistic assessment of

numerical proficiency. During the test administration, our team remained attentive to

participants' needs, offering support and clarification as necessary while maintaining the

integrity of the evaluation process.

IV. Insights Learned:

Project All Numerates gave us important information about how well participants understand math.

Talking directly to them helped us see what they're good at and where they might need help.

Making sure instructions were clear helped everyone feel comfortable during the test. We also

noticed how interested people were and how they acted while testing, which helped us plan better

ways to teach. Seeing how different people reacted reminded us to be respectful of everyone's

 background and ways of learning. This information will help us make sure everyone gets the

support they need to be good at math.

V. Recommendation:

We should make sure to teach math in different ways that suit everyone's style of learning. It's

important to have clear and easy-to-understand materials for everyone. We should also keep

checking in with people to see if they need any help or have questions.
