RESOLUTION NO. 01 series of 2022

A RESOLUTION TO SUPPORT THE PROPOSAL ON LIMITED FACE-TO-FACE

LEARNING DELIVERY MODALITY OF CULIPAPA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL,
CULIPAPA, HINOBA-AN, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL.

WHEREAS, the Culipapa National High School is one of the prominent schools in
the Division of Negros Occidental that highly delivers quality education amidst the
pandemic. This school year, its enrollment has significantly increased in numbers, and still
expecting more enrollees.

WHEREAS, the school has Printed Modular Distance Learning, as mandated by the
Regional and National Offices. A Learning Continuity Plan was presented to its stakeholders
to gather support, especially in the delivery and retrieval of modules to the different areas
within the barangay and its neighboring barangays within the municipality of Hinoba-an.

WHEREAS, in the first two-week implementation of the printed modular distance

learning, several issues and problems came up not only in the human resources--- teachers,
learners, parents, and external stakeholders but also in the depletion of the school’s financial
resources. The increase in enrolment and the numerous pages per learning area printed every
week have significantly consumed the school funds;

WHEREAS, to address the issues and problems met, a proposal of limited face to
face was presented by the school head to the Planning Team;
 WHEREAS, the school has coordinated with the Barangay Local Government Unit
(LGU) OR THE Barangay Health Emergency Response Team (BHERT) in ensuring that
protocols are observed properly.

WHEREAS, based on the deliberated plan presented of limited face to face, the
School planning team agreed to support, subject to the safety of both the school personnel
and the learners following the IATF protocols;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY

THE SCHOOL PLANNING TEAM TO PASS A RESOLUTION TO SUPPORT THE
PROPOSAL OF LIMITED FACE-TO-FACE LEARNING, SUBJECT TO ALL
EXISTING LAWS, RULES, AND REGULATIONS OF BOTH THE IATF AND
DEPED.
