GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:-
FOR STUDENTS OPTING OFFLINE MODE OF EXAMINATION:
1. School Timings: 7:40 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on all examination days.
2. Students will be given 90 mins to complete the Offline examination. Each examination will be of 40 marks
whereas students attempting Computer Application will get 90 mins, carrying 25 marks, and students
attempting Home Science will get 90 mins, carrying 35 marks.

3. Examination will be conducted in the school premises with pen – paper mode.
4. Students will come to school in proper school uniform.
5. Parents are requested to arrange for the to and fro journey of their wards during the examination.
6. Students will not be allowed to give offline examination without showing their consent slip at gate
no. 3.

7. After the offline exam students will go back home.

 Please note the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’S) /Guidelines for students & Parents:

 The students must also follow the necessary steps of proper sanitization, hand washing and social distancing in the
school and adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’S) / guidelines as issued by the school.

 Ensure that your ward carries a kit to the school that contains the following items:

 2 Ply cotton or N95 mask (without any vent or hole)

 One hand sanitizer, paper soap and handkerchief.

 The students must carry their own stationery, water bottle and hygienic food as required by them. (No sharing is
allowed)

 Students must wear neat and clean school uniform and mask without fail at all times.

 Students must maintain appropriate social distancing.

 Students must not shake hand with friends or touch anything unnecessarily.

 Students must update themselves about the safety measures related to COVID-19.

 Students even with mild fever, cold, sneezing o r cough should not be sent to school by the parents.

 Students will take lunch inside their classes under the supervision of the teacher.

FOR STUDENTS OPTING ONLINE MODE OF EXAMINATION:

1. The Online Examination will be conducted through Google Forms on the dates and time mentioned as above.
2. Students will be given 90 mins to complete the online examination. Each examination will be of 40 marks
whereas students attempting Computer Application will get 90 mins, carrying 25 marks, and students
attempting Home Science will get 90 mins, carrying 35 marks.
3. The link of Online Examination (Google Forms) will be shared in the respective Class WhatsApp groups at
7:55 am.
4. The question paper shall consist of MCQs only.
5. Students will attempt the MCQ part directly in the Google Forms.
6. All students must attempt examination by using their personal g-mail IDs.
7. Students will receive a copy of the answers on the g-mail which confirms that the response has been
recorded. In case not received kindly contact subject teachers immediately after the exam.

Parents are requested to provide appropriate environment and infrastructure for students to successfully attempt
the online examination with utmost sincerity. Seeking your support and cooperation for the smooth conduction of
online examination.
