Textbook: Snapshot
Level: Pre-Intermediate
Title of the lesson: “If I had the money, …”- “Your hopes, dreams and ambitions”
Lesson type: mixed: reading, listening, comprehension of the text and grammar teaching;
Time: 50 minutes

Aims:
By the end of the lesson, the students will be able:
1. to talk about their hopes, dreams and ambitions ;
2. to recognise other’s dreams and ambitions from a text and a video;
3. to use second conditional to talk about imaginary situations in the future;

Didactic strategies:
- methods and procedures: conversation, explanation, dialogues;
- organization: whole class, pair work, individual work, group work;
- materials and equipment: textbook, worksheet, video-projector, blackboard, CD player.
