This proposal concerns our meetings regarding the services of ZYMatrix Technologies
(Pvt.) Ltd. It contains a brief introduction of the organization, product details, and terms
& conditions of our services.

PROJECT CODE OF CONDUCT

• After your affirmative response regarding our proposal and receiving the
mobilization advance, we will hold detailed meetings with your staff to identify
the parameters required to develop the application.

• We would provide support services without any charges for the first three months
from the date of first beta release.

• If the company requires support services then the services would be available
after the mutual agreement between the two parties.

• We would prefer online communication for application development,

deployment, training, and troubleshooting, but in case of any traveling if needed,
the AN Associates (Pvt.) Ltd. will arrange the boarding and traveling of the
implementation team members.

PROJECT TIMELINES AND FEE ESTIMATION

• We shall be ready to start development within a week from the date of acceptance
of our proposal, we will operationalize the Business Management System in 6
Phases, and the timeline shall be as follows: -

o 1st Phase: Analysis & requirement gathering 1 x Week

o 2nd Phase: Database & UI design 2 x Weeks
o 3rd Phase: Development & Implementation of application 8 x Weeks
o 4th Phase: Reports & Dashboard 4 x Weeks
o 5th Phase: Development of Mobile Application 6 x Weeks
o 6th Phase: Troubleshooting & support 3 x Weeks

• Our special package for AN Associates (Pvt.) Ltd. is as follows: -

 • Our fee quoted is as per our understanding of the scope of work defined in this
proposal. Should the scope of work be enhanced the fee will be adjusted
accordingly.

• Payment Terms are: 40,000 / Month for the 6 months

WEB HOSTING & DATABASE

Provision of a .Net-based web hosting with MS SQL Server 2019 etc. will be the
responsibility of the organization. We will be available to advise the organization in the
selection of a suitable database and hosting.
