Virtual Assistant Needed

Are you a dynamic and inspired individual ready to dive into the world of publishing? We're an
independent publishing house seeking a talented Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and
assist with all things marketing.

Role Overview:
As a successful candidate, you'll play a pivotal role in:

Developing clear and effective organizational plans aligned with our publishing goals.
Collaborating within our team, providing insights, and offering shared support to achieve
common objectives.
Conducting podcast outreach and managing author event calendars.
Initiating influencer and User-Generated Content (UGC) creator outreach.
Organizing and facilitating press releases.
Supporting the Managing Director with various administrative tasks, including data entry,
customer support, email communications, and calendar organization.

Experience Required:

Proficiency in email communications, press releases, and marketing campaigns.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Canva.
Ability to draft eloquent emails (templates provided).
Effective communication with staff and authors.
Dedication to honing skills and supporting a thriving publishing house.
