4. Brief course content:

In brief, the course strives to equip students with the necessary tools (i.e. conceptual frameworks and theories) to understand and appreciate the importance
of HRM as part of the process of creating a successful organisation. On a higher level, this course aims to help students increase their knowledge of HRM as
a fundamental component of the competitiveness, effectiveness, and sustainability of any organization.

Ultimately, the goal of the course is to show that HR management is significantly more than just accepting employment applications and keeping records; it
is a strategic part of every organisation and it is probably the first place and the last place where organisational problems begin to form.
