Subject: Application to Inform about Misbehavior and Road Rage of Mr. Hafiz Shafique

Respected Sir,

On March 10, 2024, during bazaar trip from MEYAL to Pindi Gheb, an unpleasant situation was faced.

Vehicle Driver (Mr. Hafiz Shafique) was requested to take vehicle towards Shehzad Bakery from
Zafar Chowk Pindi Gheb for purchasing mineral water bottle. Mr. Shafique misbehaved and turned
back his van in a very aggressive way. I, undersigned, had a near miss of collision or being run over
by his vehicle.

It is requested matter may please be investigated for his counselling. Signautres of eye witnesses are
appended below.
