Game Plan

SND-2012 HRDH-2453 Tubing Pickling .

Tubing Volume: 167 BBLS.

 Displace well to fresh water with 3BBL/Minute.

 Mix the Tubing Pickle in Cement unit (As per Aramco Program)

 M/U Surface lines, Pressure test lines for 10 min as per Aramco program.

 Pump the Pickling Train as follows @ 3 BPM:

o Cement Unit (Through String): 20 BBLS Hi-Vis.

o Cement Unit (Through String): 54 BBLS Pickle.(See Aramco program/ Mud

Engineer for mixing & QTY of Water & # of Pickle Drums).

o Cement Unit (Through String): 20 BBLS Hi-Vis.

 Cement unit to displace the train down string with 88 BBLS water @ 3 BPM. (5 BBLS
Short from end).

 Immediately Line up to Rig Pumps pump fresh water through Annulus, Reverse
Circulate the train out of string @ 3 BPM.

 Continue Reverse Circulate until clean water at surface.

 ONCE WE HAVE CLEAN WATER AT SURFACE, WE NEED TO CIRCULATE ONE

ADDITIONAL TUBING VOLUME (167 BBLS)

 Once we have clean water at surface prepare for Acid job.

 Pump the Acid Train as follows @ 3 BPM:

o Cement Unit (Through String): 30 BBLS Viscosified spacer.

o Cement Unit Cement Unit (Through String): 59 BBLS 15% HCL (Acid).

o Cement Unit (Through String): 30 BBLS Viscosified spacer.

 Cement unit to displace the train down string with 73 BBLS water @ 3 BPM. (5 BBLS
Short from end).
 Immediately Line up Rig to pump water through Annulus, Reverse Circulate the acid
train out of string @ 3 BPM

 Continue Circulate with fresh water until Aramco specs achieved (NTU < 50 / TSS <
0.05%) 3 readings 1 hour apart, collect samples.
