Subject : Complaint against Tenant Faheem Khan S/o Fayaz Ahmad Khan Cell No.9103036654
and Fayaz Ahmad Khan S/o Gulam Hussain Khan Cell no.9103730407 residents of
Rangpora Devi Pora, Buchpora for Harassment, criminal trespass, and theft by
breaking into my Premises by jumping over the boundary wall and illegally
removing Electricity fitting and fixtures by breaking into a locked rooms by
forcefully breaking the window Latch/kundi. The rooms are locked by both the
Tenant and the Landlord.
That only 2 Rooms were rented out to the tenant but the tenant didn’t pay the rent
and tried vacate the rooms without informing the Landlord and without paying the
Rent.
Subsequently a Mutual Settlement was executed on 05-07-2023 between the
Landlord and the Tenant in which the Tenant has agreed that he will vacate the
rooms on 10-07-2023 but the Tenant has not vacated the rooms till date by making
false excuses because he had bad intention to remove the Led lights and fittings from
the rooms.
That as per the Mutual Settlement the Tenant will not remove any immovable
property which is the property of the Landlord from the said rooms and will not
cause any damage but now the Tenant has forcefully trespassed the premises and has
illegally removed the immovable property from the room which is the property of the
landlord which amounts to offence.
That as per the Mutual Agreement the Tenant had agreed that he will not remove
the electric surface LED down lights, fittings, wires and fixtures and only on this
condition the Landlord had waved off 3 months of rent and electricity dues of the
Tenant. But now the Tenant had violated the Mutual settlement by committing the
offence and has violated the agreement.
That the Tenant removed the 12 in number Surface Celling LED lights that were
fixed with screws and each light costs Rs.1200 (Total Rs.14400) and replaced them
with Rs.10 bulb and holder to hide the real facts and also removed heavy wiring
worth Rs.20000 and replaced the wire with cheap 3rd grade wire.

It is therefore requested to intervene in this matter & take immediate necessary


action against the above mentioned persons in the interest of Justice to protect the
Complainant/ Unit Holder from further loss, as the Tenant has not paid 3 months
Rent and Electricity usage charges.
