Why do we need a Technology Project Manager? 🤩


The Technology Project Manager is in charge of the Technology business function and
team at INSART. Technology functional areas consist of Sales Solutions Engineering as a
primary area and additional areas such as corporate cybersecurity and IT software and
hardware infrastructure support. The Technology team consists of a solutions architect,
a business analyst, strategic technology consultants, Fintech experts, and Tech experts
to run Sales Solutions Engineering and SysOps to cover the internal cybersecurity and IT
needs of INSART.

Responsibilities 💪
● Lead and manage a Technology Team to achieve Technology function objectives.
● Client Discovery: do client research, identify client tech challenges and pain
points, prepare materials and use cases, and participate in discovery calls with
clients.
● Client Proposals: prepare detailed solutions development proposals together with
the solutions engineering team and present them to clients on the proposal call.
● Sales Tech Presentations: prepare presentations, host tech demos, solutions
showcases.
● Tech Consulting: design & provide tailored technology solutions.
● Pre-sales Budget Management: allocate sales engineering resources within the
budget.
● Project Estimations: provide detailed estimates of project scope, WBS, budget,
etc.
● Objections Handling: address and manage client tech concerns & objections.
● Trial Services Oversight: manage trial services delivery.
● Project Management: manage trial projects and services and implement internal
technology and proof-of-concepts projects.
● Knowledgebase & Expertise Management: design solutions use cases and case
studies.
● Corporate IT Maintenance: IT software & hardware infrastructure maintenance.
● Cybersecurity Risks Management: identify and manage cybersecurity risks.
● Community Management: foster engagement in the internal corporate tech
community.
● Knowledge Sessions: prepare and conduct internal tech knowledge-sharing
sessions.

Skills & Expertise

● Sales Engineering: can explain the benefits of software engineering services to


potential customers and show how those services are better than their
competitors;
● Solutions Engineering: can design and present technical solutions to clients with
the help of Tech experts like Solutions Architect to support pre-sales and
up-sales processes;
● Presentation Skills: the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations;
● Consulting Skills: can identify client pain points/challenges by doing research
and asking the right questions, and then provide tailored tech solutions;
● Project Estimation: experience in creating detailed project estimations, including
project scoping, WBS, resource allocation, effort estimations, setting project
milestones, cost estimations, and project budgeting;
● Project Management: efficiently achieve project objectives by managing the
project team, allocating budgets and resources, tasks management, progress
tracking, risk management, team building, communication management, and
decision making;
● Product & Business Analysis: has experience in the analysis of product features,
requirements elicitation, and defining product features;
● Knowledge Management: experience in creating solutions use cases & client
case studies;
● Tech Expertise: In-depth technical knowledge and software programming skills;
● Effective Communication: the ability to establish and maintain clear
communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders;
● Client Management: handling client concerns and maintaining relationships;
● Fintech and financial services knowledge and experience;
● Ukrainian, English - fluent professional usage.
