 GENERAL
GUIDELINES

• Schools must confirm their participation by filling the given Google form, by 20th July.
• Google Form link : https://forms.gle/hxP5Aj5FUPVZYKjU6
• Conglomerate comprises 29 events , out of which 9 will be ONLINE and rest will be OFFLINE
events.
• Entry for each event has a separate Google form. Kindly check the event details and
complete the entry form.
• Date of the Event – Saturday, August 03, 2024.
• Changes(if any), in the names of the participants, should be informed latest by
July 25, 2024.
• There must be a Faculty escorting the team, duly authorized by the Head of the Institution.
• The school team should report at the venue, by 8:00 am, positively.
• Participants should be in white uniform only and must carry their school ID, failure to which
may lead to disqualification.
 GENERAL
GUIDELINES

• Participants must bring their own props/material.

• Schools must not reveal their school’s name during the event. Moreover, participant(s)
must ensure to use their prescribed school code.
• The contestants are requested to abide by the rules specified for each event ensuring the
smooth functioning of the competition.
• Teacher In-charge of the different events can be contacted for queries between
2:30 pm-3:30 pm.
• Exceeding the time limit will result in disqualification.
• Winners will be awarded with three positions- 1st , 2nd, & 3rd .
• All the participants will be awarded participation certificates.
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
• Results of all the events will be declared on the same day, i.e. 3rd August, 2024.
