Hello good morning, BXC company department. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to do so

Interview to work here. First, let me introduce myself. My name is Diashinta Kurnia Sari, just call me
Shinta. I come from Klaten, now I live in Surakarta. I graduated from Sebelas Maret University
majoring in Public Administration.

2. What are your strengths?

I have advantages in public speaking, and I can also operate a computer well.

I am also disciplined and responsible with the tasks given. I can also be a good and responsible
leader.

3. What are you waeknesses ?

I am weak in controlling my emotions, and sometimes also lack self-confidence. However, I can also
overcome my weaknesses by controlling my breathing to be calm and participating in activities that
can make me more confident.
 4. What are your short term cereer goals? What are your long term career goals?

My short-term career goal, I will continue my Masters education at the University of Indonesia, and
for my long-term career goal, I will apply for a job at a state-owned company and I will open a
business.
